Privacy Policy
This page describes how the FOND Weddings date-check form currently works while we validate demand. It is a technical summary, not a substitute for the final legal notice required before regular commercial operations.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry, we receive the name(s), email address, wedding date, wedding location, selected package, optional extra-camera choice, and optional message you enter in the form. We also receive your confirmation that you have read this policy.
How we use it
We use these details only to review your requested date and respond to your enquiry. The form does not take payment, confirm a booking, lock a date, or create a contract.
Email delivery
Your enquiry is sent by our server to hello@fondweddings.de using Brevo’s transactional email API. The email uses your address as Reply-To so we can respond to you. Brevo processes the message data needed to deliver that email.
Storage
The current enquiry endpoint does not intentionally save enquiry content to a website database. Messages may remain in the recipient’s email systems and in service logs according to the providers’ retention and security practices. We do not currently promise a fixed deletion period on this validation page.
Hosting and technical data
The website is hosted through ChatGPT Sites/OpenAI infrastructure. Hosting providers may process technical request data, site code, logs, and security information needed to operate the service. The website itself does not add analytics, advertising pixels, or non-essential tracking tools.
Cookies and local storage
The site does not intentionally set its own marketing cookies or use localStorage/sessionStorage. Essential cookies or security mechanisms used by the hosting platform may still apply at platform level.
Controller details
To be completed before regular commercial operations: the responsible person or legal entity, postal address, contact details, and any other legally required controller information. No personal address or tax number is published here during the validation phase.
